After replacing a faulty water pump on my Pioneer SS, I still had it.
After replacing a faulty water pump on my Pioneer SS, I still had a chirping noise. I've replaced the idler pulley and belt tensioner and even put on a new Delco AC belt when the water pump came on. Still no luck. I knew it had to be a belt issue and Gates belts are the best you can get from my experience so far. Needless to say I had no chirp/noise from the first moment and after 2 months. Don't waste your time and money on any belt other than the Gates belt. Just like this one.
