A problem arose and Abner provided exceptional customer service

After a few months we discovered a faulty charging port and were delighted with the customer service. I was asked to submit a short video showing the incident and as it was between the production of the product I was able to return it for a refund. Despite the plug issue (everything happens) I would definitely recommend their product as it works reliably and as advertised. Frank is from Dix Hills, New York.
