The first thing that struck me when I opened the box was the build quality of this monitor, it is simply outstanding. The frame is aluminum, and the frame on three sides is evenly thin. The workmanship simply exudes quality. Here are a few things that impressed me.1. The fully detachable magnetic cover protects the screen perfectly.2. thin frame on 3 sides.3. good build quality 4. The built-in speakers and sound are the best I've heard from a portable monitor.5. Full HDMI connection.6. large screen that is portable.7. HD resolution is easy to see, unlike 4K portable monitors that pack high resolution into a small monitor. All buttons on the monitor are made of metal. I connected it to my MacBook Pro via HDMI and it works fine. I use a portable monitor stand that I bought separately instead of a lid that doubles as a stand. Case. The sound is really good for this size. I also set the brightness to 80% to better suit my preferences. Highly recommended, and at a great price!
