The product works as advertised. That's very intuitive. Wall mounting is easy. Wall anchors are included but I used my own because I wanted to make sure the anchors were strong enough to support the weight. If you can install in studs that would be better. You will need a hex wrench to tighten the bolts on the post. I don't know if I have a poor quality wrench or poor quality screws. That's where the problem occurred. It was difficult to tighten the screws and I broke a screw once.
