If you want something to automatically reconnect to your Bluetooth device EVERY TIME YOU ASK IT TO DISCONNECT, then this is the device for you . However, if you can choose when it connects to your Bluetooth device, then this device is NOT for you. The sound seemed great, but I tried using it with an Amazon Echo Dot and had trouble. The device automatically connects to Echo and you can't hear any sound unless your stereo is on. This isn't a problem if you want to turn your stereo on ALWAYS EVERY time you use Echo, but if you only want to connect Echo to your stereo at specific times, this won't do the trick. recommend "HomeSpot NFC-enabled Bluetooth audio receiver for sound system" if you want to choose when to connect.
