The biggest downside, and almost the only one for me, is the very limited tilt adjustment for the included stand. Now for the many pros: The cheapest 32-inch 4K IPS monitor you can buy with USB-C, DisplayPort, and power delivery. So you can power a non-gaming laptop and output 4K video with just one cable. The panel itself is a really good panel with no dead pixels or hot spots. There is also Freesync on all three ports (HDMI, DP, USB-C). 10-bit (8-bit + FRC) panel. The color accuracy is very good when delivered. You can customize the color of the RBG channel. It might not have as many settings as a true professional monitor, but I think the color accuracy and settings are good enough for most people. The included speakers are a worthy bonus as many 32-inch monitors don't have them.
