This is the second "My First Home Cage" kite that we have purchased. The first was the dark green color you see on the box. The second cage was packaged in the same type of box (with a dark green cage on the outside), but inside was a brightly fluorescent green cage, a retinal glow. Surprise! We really didn't want the cage to stand out visually from the room. We thought about sending it back but in the end we decided it was too difficult to send back. Manufacturers, please do not list a color on the box (and your promotional photos) and then put a light color cage in the box! Despite the color, however, this is a well-built cage that will last for years. Make sure your guinea pig gets outside and exercise many times a day as this is a relatively small space. Update: I see they finally changed the color on the cage box and on the Revain website to better match the actual one. light green cells. Nice that it is updated.
