Great tool that has improved efficiency

I like the ease of use for creating incidents.The ability to track multiple projects at once is wonderful! It would be nice to have more customization options (e.g., assigning users to tickets). Currently cannot assign tasks to multiple users. Also, it would be helpful if there was a way to import custom fields from other applications. There are many ways in which this product can improve our workflows but those improvements are not always immediately apparent. We needed a system in place to help us track our issues and resolve them quicker than we could before. The ease of use helped our team members pick up the product quickly.
