I like the ease of use for creating incidents.The ability to track multiple projects at once is wonderful! It would be nice to have more customization options (e.g., assigning users to tickets). Currently cannot assign tasks to multiple users. Also, it would be helpful if there was a way to import custom fields from other applications.
