I received this device and decided to try it. We have water where I live but I wanted to use some to help myself. I bought three types of pH testers. I bought strips, a drip set and an electronic meter. All three showed no change in o after repeated checking and testing. I also noticed a rather unpleasant aftertaste in the water. I now have a water company that I use that supplies alkaline water every week. I tested it and it actually shows higher values. I've come to the conclusion that the thing doesn't work at all. Not to mention following the instructions, which include soaking and rinsing the filter before use. Money? I also have an entire house filter on the main line that goes to the basement and when I change it I see black water. So, with all the testing and the lack of charcoal water along with the taste, I'd say it doesn't work at all. Pretty sad guys. h good equipment and you will learn for yourself.
