First and most importantly is how all the pieces go together to make a tight seal. The main seal to the cannister & charger were good. However where the attachments screw/hook/push on there is no way to make it tight enough or seal it, so it LEAKS in two places and makes a mess. Due to it not being air tight the whip cream comes out very liquidy and slow. The directions did not say but the first time I used one charger and then added a second charger to see if that would firm up the cream. Nope.The (iSi Professional Charger(s), 8.4 Gram) that I bought with this product got stuck as they are too large. I had to take it to a hardware store and pay to have it removed.The white plastic applicator tip was not included as shown on box. The bouns tong tweezer and bent mix spoon also were not included.The "Detailed manual included to make our product much safer and easier to use." either was not included or their definition of detailed is quite lacking. They were pretty worthless as it showed only a few steps but not all you needed to know.Used twice and now being told that the window to return is past (by 2 weeks). So much for lifetime warranty.
