I'm not a jack of all trades. The product works as advertised for my 2001 Chrysler Town & Country. My recommendation: Find someone who has done this before. I was fortunate to have someone to watch and advise from the passenger side and then do the driver's side himself. Inserting it was a challenge on both sides - I couldn't find a video for this car that would show me the unreleased stunt. Other recommendations: - Buy several different sizes of these plastic clips/fixtures/etc that will hold the door in place. on site. You will most likely break one or two no matter how gentle you are. The pair stays in the door and must be slid out and then inserted into the removed piece before being reinserted. -Torx. Make sure you have it before you start. The product comes with a motor mount with a metal nut. You don't have to be careful with the factory rubber equivalent. I made sure to keep them (rough to unscrew) with the first box until I installed this replacement. I realized I didn't need them and could save some time. The product has met expectations. Don't trust 5 star products that work as advertised. No surprises. The proof is the fact that I bought the other side two weeks later. Yes, both stopped working within a month. My wife is tired of opening and closing the window with a rubber mallet :-)
