As a do-it-yourself enthusiast, I was excited to discover that TUINCYN sells a variety of car and lighting components. I was extremely let down by the quality of the items I ordered, despite the company's boasts of being a market leader. I had problems with the quality and functionality of the alternators and generators I had bought. In addition, the lights I purchased did not last nearly as long as I was led to believe they would. Moreover, when I attempted to address these issues, their customer support was unhelpful and unresponsive. They didn't seem interested in hearing my concerns or making amends in any way, shape, or form. It's unfortunate that TUINCYN, which boasts providing exceptional products and services, fell short of their claims. If you're thinking of making a purchase from their online store, take my advice and seek elsewhere for a more reliable provider.
