Review on Quick-Release Aluminum Bracket Kit For MotorGuide Trolling Motors by Jason Flores

I am trying to under stand the rationale behind MotorGuide refusing to sell just the base of the quick release bracket to those that have already purchased the fiull system. What need have you of the rest of it, if you would just like to swith between boats, which is, OR SHOULD BE, the single biggest benefit of this feature. Just sell us what we need, dont gouge us for things we should not have to buy. Just the block. Price it right so we can swithch the motor from boat to boat. Customers will apprecate and sales will reflect this appreciation. Come on, do the right thing. Its good business. Short sitedness kills sales long term.
