I have been suffering from hip and knee stability problems for over a year. I've been in physical therapy for the last 7 months and have gotten stronger, but I still have annoying daily aches and pains in the SI joint. I have tried many braces and KT tapes to help. KT tape is painful to remove and expensive, braces offer some support but are bulky! I wore these leggings under my jeans to work all day without pain. 1st time in a year! I'm only 5ft tall so I was concerned they would be too long but it worked - I have a 28 inch inseam and weigh 145 pounds. I ordered on Wednesday and they fit like a glove. Wouldn't recommend eating a lot of food in it!
