I was quite dissatisfied with some Koova outdoor gear that I bought not too long ago. They promoted themselves as an outdoor-inspired lifestyle company, but their shoddy wares belied that notion. The goods I received were both overpriced and badly constructed, and when I sought to address these concerns with customer support, I was met with indifference and hostility. If you're searching for high-quality outdoor gear, I wouldn't go near Koova.
