Great time saver and great customer support
I like that it has all of my accounts in one place so there are no more emails asking me for information from different departments! It also makes scheduling easy because you can see what jobs need done when with out having to check multiple calendars/websites. The only thing i dislike about this software was getting used to how everything worked but once your use it enough its not hard anymore. Make sure you have someone who knows the product well as they will be able to help if needed. Scheduling projects, tracking progress & invoicing clients easier than ever before.
Pros
- Also allows them access their own data at any time which is great since we don't require our customer's assistance too often unless absolutely necessary..and most cases never do happen due to excellent communication between us both already prior!! Which saves unnecessary headaches down the road; especially helpful during busy seasons / times where schedules may fluctuate drastically depending upon orders made up until then
