Great time saver and great customer support

I like that it has all of my accounts in one place so there are no more emails asking me for information from different departments! It also makes scheduling easy because you can see what jobs need done when with out having to check multiple calendars/websites. The only thing i dislike about this software was getting used to how everything worked but once your use it enough its not hard anymore. Make sure you have someone who knows the product well as they will be able to help if needed…

Pros
  • Also allows them access their own data at any time which is great since we don't require our customer's assistance too often unless absolutely necessary..and most cases never do happen due to excellent communication between us both already prior!! Which saves unnecessary headaches down the road; especially helpful during busy seasons / times where schedules may fluctuate drastically depending upon orders made up until then

Best Customer Service Software Available

The support team has been very helpful with any questions I have about their product. They are extremely responsive in getting back to me right away! It's hard for small companies like ours (under 100 employees) to justify spending so much money when there isn't an ROI yet. We've tried other solutions but they never seem as user friendly once you get past onboarding. Our biggest problem was that we didn't know how long it would take us to reach our goals of increased customer service…

Solid platform, easy implementation

The ease of use for our small team was one thing that stood out right away - it's simple enough so we were able to get up an running quickly without having much input from support staff! I dislike not being able to have more than 1 ticket open (I need 10). There are some features in there which could be better if they had been thought about when creating them originally but these can easily updated as needed by adding additional fields within each page. We're solving problems with how often…
