They are beasts - that's what I wanted for giant steak knives!
Just so you know these are massive manly knives! No wimpy snacks here! I had trouble getting the sizes so I'm listing them below for your entertainment on your free time, but I think they're very cool. And, ta-da, they cut meat! We're hosting a dinner for 36 of the best ribs (don't ask, just say that's what happens when you have a glass of wine with an auctioneer. Be careful or be brave.) And it's fabulous. I'll pair them with my silver plate for a rustic French dinner. May I add that Schott's Zwiesel titanium wine glasses are a perfect match. Sorry, now I'm a fan of both! Hooray! Tip to tip: 10 inches long. Blade: 5 inches long and (at the widest point) 1 inch wide. an inch wide and 1/2 inch deep/thick - and they say "gauchos"! Hello tapas!
