Good cleats, a bit expensive for what you get
The wrench you get is very cheap and doesn't tighten the cleats very well. I put fourteen spikes in a pair of shoes and then my daughter did a track and field competition. After completing her third event, she was missing seven spikes. So now I use pliers and Loctite. She reported that the spikes were very sharp and definitely improved grip strength on her obstacle course. Overall I would recommend this but don't use their cheap tool to install them.
