I've wanted one of these for my sewing projects for so long but wasn't sure if it was worth the investment. I've finally made my decision and I'm very glad I did. This knife is very easy to use, it has a handy safety pin to secure the blade in the open or closed position and when closed the blade is slightly out of reach so I don't have to worry about accidentally cutting myself or anything to damage other my my sewing box. I cut cotton and silk and they slipped through her like soft butter. It even cut through the hem of the denim. I couldn't believe how easy it was.
