Although I ended up buying from B&H Video due to issues with this supplier (3rd party, not Revain). This is a great scanner! and Xerox Technical Support was VERY helpful in assisting and resolving a technical issue I encountered. even going so far as to develop a software update for me to fix the problem. They contacted me almost every day to share their suggestions, ideas and ultimately the progress in solving the problem. I've had great customer service from other technology companies, but Xerox is now number one in my customer support/tech support book.
