Xerox technical support is top notch! The Xerox Network Scanner is easy to manage remotely.

Although I ended up buying from B&H Video due to issues with this supplier (3rd party, not Revain). This is a great scanner! and Xerox Technical Support was VERY helpful in assisting and resolving a technical issue I encountered. even going so far as to develop a software update for me to fix the problem. They contacted me almost every day to share their suggestions, ideas and ultimately the progress in solving the problem. I've had great customer service from other technology companies, butโ€ฆ

Easy to use and fully functional

Exactly what you would expect Large touch screen with easy settings like color, duplex printing, email, cloud, USB storage, FTP, Google Drive etc. I've included it a picture of the scan settings so you can see the layout is simple and has the features you need. The touchscreen responds well to touch. Exactly what you expect from Xerox. I like to preview a document before sending it to its destination. The scanned images come out perfect - for example, there are no dark borders on the scannedโ€ฆ
