Although I ended up buying from B&H Video due to issues with this supplier (third party, not Revain). This is a great scanner! and Xerox Technical Support was VERY helpful in assisting and resolving a technical issue I encountered. even going so far as to develop a software update for me to fix the problem. They contacted me almost every day to share their suggestions, ideas and eventual progress in solving the problem. I've had great customer service from other technology companies, but Xerox is now number one in my customer support/tech support book.
