The UI is simple but attractive enough that you don't feel like it lacks anything important while using this product.The audio quality of conference calls can be improved by increasing microphone levels (especially when talking over background noise).

A good option if we are looking at cost-effective solutions without compromising our business needs too much as far as features go. We used Zoom primarily before switching completely from zoom because they charge per user which was not affordable considering all employees were joining meetings regularly through their platform. This solution has helped us solve those issues since its free up front & doesn’t require an upfront payment unlike other similar products out there.
