Honestly, that's disgusting! My package was delivered today and I opened the package to see there are crumbs and scratches on the roller part as if it has been used before. There are also markings on the handle. Considering the events in the world, you might think that it would be better to control the quality of the goods that are sent to your customers. I will DEFINITELY ask for a refund. See attached video
