The ability to track your shipments easily, get updates when someone wants more details about where they're at in their process or has questions along that line - all via chat! Being able to see what's going with my shipment without having it delivered right now makes for easier coordination of getting things shipped out as soon I want them sent (or not).

And no one else knows who you are yet? That'd be helpful if ever there was something like identity theft involved because we can't tell people our full names until certain times during shipping/shipping confirmation processes etc.. Not too big issues but just worth noting since this could help other companies have those same benefits down pat so everyone saves time :) Tracking status from start-to-finish; easy communication between parties both inside & outside shipper business relationship through messaging system used by Fre.
