Funnel = protection from squirrels
Ideal for a standard bird feeder to prevent squirrels from stealing bird seed. Carefully cut the funnel open from top to bottom and then spread it slightly to place it on the feeder rack. By positioning the inverted hopper directly under the seed feeder, the black tape was wrapped halfway around the hopper stem, allowing the other half to wrap around the metal stem. This procedure prevents the funnel from slipping.
