It's all about the glue.
This tool works great. A dent could be removed to 95 percent. A few more dents have been fixed at about 75 percent. These dents still need to be addressed. The problem is not in this puller, but in the glue. I tried 4 types of glue. Two ways were professional and expensive. The glue will not stick to the small tabs. I watched a number of videos on YouTube. Most of these videos appear to be success stories or demonstrations of the work of professional dent removers. I've found that 100 percent dent removal is a lot harder than these videos show. Also, you need to be careful with this tool as it can pull the dent too far.
