I have been using this software for over 10 years now (since it was first released) - so that's saying something! The product has evolved with time but still remains easy enough use even if you are not used to working in VoIP environments or phone systems at large scale/complexity level like we do here every day :) We've seen some changes recently which were mostly positive ones as far as functionality goes though there may be minor bugs around sometimes when certain things happen during upgrades etc.-but overall nothing major really comes up too often anymore other than normal "website" type stuff where maybe your browser caches get outta whack occasionally causing issues while trying access via mobile devices / tablets vs desktop computers. It would also help greatly having natively supported Teams integration instead of needing third party addons such as RingCentral Connector available from 3rd parties who charge additional fees per.
