I have been using this software for over 10 years now (since it was first released) - so that's saying something! The product has evolved with time but still remains easy enough use even if you are not used to working in VoIP environments or phone systems at large scale/complexity level like we do here every day :) We've seen some changes recently which were mostly positive ones as far as functionality goes though there may be minor bugs around sometimes when certain things happen during…

Pros
  • Stable reliable well documented GUI interface makes setup straightforward regardless what device one is accessing through, whether laptop computer running Windows OS platform OR smartphone operating Android 4 version thru most versions ever since being introduced into market back 2008 plus more recent iterations downwards; including all latest iPhone iOS platforms starting wth original launch way early 2009+) good support base &/ excellent community forum presence across multiple channels worldwide along side dedicated professional team members assigned locally
