I have had this device for a month now. The design of the GPS is terrible. I bought it because it had built in GPS but the maps they download for you are terrible. The internet isn't working on my device and I've contacted support for the past month and the problem is still not resolved. The email they state in the box they send you doesn't work. You have to contact them through Amazon and it will take all day for them to answer you. This was the most frustrating experience trying to get help from them for something I paid over $500 for and it doesn't do what it claims to do. Apple Car Play is not the latest version and only works through zlink, which can be quite slow. Support asked me to download a file to update my device, but my device doesn't recognize the file I'm trying to download. It's very frustrating to update someone you bought brand new. It should have been updated before I tried to install it. Trying to update it after installing it was such a pain. I do not recommend this device if you want simplicity.
