I like that it's easy for me as an office manager because all my information is there! It makes our job easier when we have this software installed so no more searching through files or emails trying find what you are looking for from previous months data entry into your system!! Not much at first glance but once implemented they will be very happy with their new program.
Easy accessability between clients offices which helps us keep up communication throughout out year without having someone physically go back & forth every month (which would take too long).
