Bikham Medical Laboratory Billing Services - Convenient and efficient tool!!

The most helpful is that it allows you see your account balances at any time throughout the month! This is very convenient if I need an update or want some clarity about my upcoming billings process for the next few weeks - we can check this during our monthly meetings with all staff members who are assigned this task each day. Sometimes there isn't enough space provided within the system so it's hard to scroll through certain sections which makes finding what I am looking for sometimes…

Great Software and great customer service

I like that it's easy for me as an office manager because all my information is there! It makes our job easier when we have this software installed so no more searching through files or emails trying find what you are looking for from previous months data entry into your system!! Not much at first glance but once implemented they will be very happy with their new program. Easy accessability between clients offices which helps us keep up communication throughout out year without having someone

The accuracy with which they bill our insurance companies for each procedure performed is amazing!

The accuracy with which they bill our insurance companies for each procedure performed is amazing! They are always very thorough when reviewing my account statement or invoices as well! I have yet been disappointed at any time from them regarding their service but that has never happened!! Great customer service, great attention to detail, great at what they do

The best part about working with this organization is that they are always willing help you out when something goes wrong or needs fixing for your account! I have worked here before too but it was not as efficient at handling my accounts then compared to now where everything seems so smooth. If there's anything i would change its being able to access all information from one place instead having multiple spreadsheets which can be confusing sometimes (especially if someone else has added data).
