Not very secure at all. If you mount the PS4 to the right and the mounting screw to the top, the PS4 will hang on the screw because the bracket will not touch the sides. If you turn it to the left (as shown in the product image) with the screw at the bottom, it at least doesn't wobble, but it still wobbles terribly. It has decent build quality, but it's overpriced. I just don't trust this $10 wall mount (which costs $30-$40) to hang my $300 PS4 a few feet off the ground.
