I was very happy with this product when I saw the video. My beautiful Viking oven is a PITA that needs cleaning. When the package arrived, I opened it immediately. Only to be devastated that it ended up being about 2 inches too big for my pans! (See Fig. #1) How could that be?! I have mesured! "Of course it must be defective, I noticed the instructions on the back of the box. I read them carefully and tried again. Voila! It fits perfectly. It's like magic. (See photo #2). So I fell in love with this product it does what it's supposed to do and keeps your stovetop clean. An added bonus is that you can be lax about stirring and turning because it keeps everything in the pot. I just ordered a 10".
