Review on Sunlite Seat Clamp Bolt by Ben Robinson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Nice seatpost bolt

This is a great hex seatpost bolt. It's well made, the chrome finish is shiny and won't chip. Advantages: * Very low price and high quality. * The key notch fits the keyhole in your seatpost binding, so you only need an allen wrench to loosen/tighten this binding. * Good chrome doesn't seem to chip or chip, it's nice and bright with no major imperfections like some cheaper chrome parts. * Slightly more secure, but anyone with an Allen key can still take their place. * Durable and doesn't seem to crack or bend even when tightened very tightly. You don't have to worry about stripping that stud or bending/stretching it until you're crazy about that fastener. Cons: * Very limited usable size. Be sure to measure the seat mounting tab to make sure it will fit: 19mm to about 22mm is all you can fit for this bolt.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Crumpled
