Was prescribed these by my doctor nearly 20 years ago for heel pain and shin splits due to being over weight. These allowed me to become active again and helped me shed nearly 70 pounds. Now after succumbing to a sedentary lifestyle, the weight has come back along with the heel pain. Ordered these after nearly 20 years of not needing them to get my feet back in order so I can begin to exercise again and hope these will help me along my journey. The only negative thing I can say is they may need to be trimmed to fit certain low top shoes.
