This bracket is ideal for installing a 2.5" SATA drive into a 3.5" drive bay. But it doesn't work for 2.5 inch SATA SSD. Most of my SSDs only have screws on the side of the case. This holder uses screws on the bottom to hold the drive. These brackets require an additional bracket for the attachment point in order to be able to screw in the discs from the side.
