What are you drinking?

I think it's important to know what you're drinking. This applies to all dietary supplements. I have used this with bsn with no bang and got good results. However, I would no longer use these products. I'm not sure what's inside even after reading the label. Anyway, this whole market is Bologna if you ask me. Just eat well and you'll get what you need. Want a pre-workout drink? Really try the coffee. Finally, please never assume that bodybuilders need to look like they are taking over-the-counter supplements. They look like they are taking illegal substances like steroids, growth hormones and anything else they can get their hands on. Finally, I saw a guy who lifted too much weight at the gym. He was a young man and obviously very inexperienced. But the lesson here is just to tone up and average weight, nothing crazy. Stay away from heavy weight. Do not believe me? Just look at Ronnie Coleman. He abused illegal bodybuilding drugs and lifted too much weight. Very sad. Break your body to lift heavy weights. Why? why. So you can tell your buddies I lifted Xxx,xx weight. Nobody cares. Stop.
