I have never been satisfied with my knife sharpening skills. So I started reading about sharpening in general, reading knife sharpener reviews, and watching YouTube videos about different sharpeners. In my opinion the Warthog V-Sharp Classic II was the best of them all. When it arrived yesterday, I grabbed every double-edged knife I had and sharpened them. It is very easy to use, sharpening both blades at the same time works very well, as does the guide. All knives feel very sharp (for a change) and passed the paper cut test. This is a very good device and I'm glad I spent the money. I was wondering why I'm the only one who left a review for this pencil sharpener. Most people bought the black version with 250 reviews. I was in a hurry and bought the red version and I have to say the color is almost invisible.
