Strong and good grip. Be ABSOLUTELY sure where you want to mount the phone holder before you place it because you will NOT get a second try lol. I got frustrated trying to install a phone mount directly on the dash. Nothing I have done/tried has made me sick. The only thing I haven't tried is super glue (although it REALLY crossed my mind!). I knew the suction cup would work after briefly trying it on my windshield, but wasn't sure how comfortable I would be with it. on the windshield (pretty sure it's illegal in my state, although I often see windshield mounted holders) and none of the other options seem to work in my car. I figured the clip wouldn't work well with my dash and the cup holder mount would make GPS difficult to use. I finally found this CD and decided to try it out. It's been a little over a month of regular use (including a recent trip where my phone was in the cradle for over 6 hours). Neither the suction cup for attachment nor this disc have lost their fixation. EDIT: Two and a half months later this bracket is still stuck. The phone holder once stopped sucking but got back on the mount and had no problems. This happens in the summer, and while I try to keep my windshield closed during the summer heat, I don't always keep it 100%.
