I appreciate that this company offers multiple payment options when processing insurance claim payments. The customer service is excellent! A very professional company! I have not any dislikes at all. It has been a pleasure doing business with them! They are extremely professional, efficient, and helpful. Any time I have had a question or concern they have responded to me within minutes and made sure my issue was addressed. If you want an insurance company that cares about what it's customers think you should definitely consider them. Great! We are solving problems related to claim payments and account reconciliations. I like it for its ease of implementation, very user friendly interface with all options available in one place (even if you only need some), ability to customize most aspects as needed. It's not perfect but they are working hard at improving their platform so there is hope! The best thing about this program compared to other insurance programs out there is how much information is kept confidential between your vet/client/insurance provider which eliminates fraud concerns.
