As other reviewers have said, replace the wall anchors that came with the kit. You are useless. I'm pretty sure even with the right hollow wall anchors it won't hold my mountain bike, which weighs 32 pounds, well below the advertised weight capacity of 65 pounds. Part of it is just the physics of how they lay on the wall. The weight of the bike puts undue stress on the top anchorage, pulling it away from the wall. Any road bike will do, too, but the wider mountain bike tires (I have 2.25 inches) have a hard time fitting under the hook. I like them a lot for my road bikes, that's why I gave them four stars. If mountain biking was my only bike it would be one star for being as low as you can get.
