This product was just what I needed to replace a broken hose on my Shark Lift-Away Pro but is inferior to the original. When I opened it I found a purple product, not white like the photo. I decided to look into it because it was just cosmetic. During use I found two things: The hose was about 3-4 inches too long and kept tangling with the power cord. Also, the plastic handle at the top doesn't offer the same grip, and after cleaning a room, my hand and arm hurt trying to hold the handle straight. Generally it works as intended, but I wasn't impressed.
