Not as pictured but works

The replacement hose pictured was white like a vacuum cleaner. The one delivered is purple. It's okay that it works. It just looks weird.

He's not white, he's purple and small.

This is not the white grip it should have been and it is very tight making it difficult to snap into place. It works once in place and the other end clicks normally. It's definitely a "replacement" and you can tell.

Great spare part for my shark!

This part is GREAT! It's exactly the same as what I've had there for the last 6 years and I'm sure it will last just as long! There are other people selling things "similar" to these, but they're cheaply made. I returned them. This one is perfect.

Terrible, not as pictured or described

1. The hose is longer than the original, so it hangs too much to one side.2. The picture shows the exact replacement of the original hose. However, it appears purple and too big.3. It is not fixed where it connects to the vacuum cleaner at the top. It doesn't fit properly, just basically and pops out when you pick up the vacuum. Dishonest description and pictures.

Works but worse

This product was just what I needed to replace a broken hose on my Shark Lift-Away Pro but is inferior to the original. When I opened it I found a purple product, not white like the photo. I decided to look into it because it was just cosmetic. During use I found two things: The hose was about 3-4 inches too long and kept tangling with the power cord. Also, the plastic handle at the top doesn't offer the same grip, and after cleaning a room, my hand and arm hurt trying to hold the handle…
