I wanted a 144hz monitor because the main game I play is Call of Duty and 120fps makes a big difference. Throughout the process of looking at monitors, I got very annoyed trying to figure out if they could actually run at 120fps on the PS5. Of course it depends on the game, but some monitors are literally incompatible for some reason. I can confirm that putting your PS5 in performance mode will automatically enable 120fps in games that support it. As for the monitor itself, the IPS panel looks good for the most part, and indeed the build doesn't feel cheap. 100% recommend if you are looking for a good 1080p 144hz monitor.
