Oculus will try to trick you into getting their Elite bracelet, which is currently around $50, but I can assure you it does its job so well that I can't even imagine an Elite bracelet. its worth it. The button at the back makes it so easy to adjust the length and tightness on your head, and the back is so comfortable you won't even notice. It definitely takes a bit of effort to put it on the headset, so don't be afraid to apply a lot of pressure. I've also read some reviews saying it's annoying on the ears, but to be honest I've never had a problem with it.
