Came the next day after my sister's funeral. I had bronchitis and couldn't get over it but I had concerns when I looked at the box and saw the staples on one corner indicating it was a possible return. When I first plugged it in and turned it on, the return window had closed. I called Winter and told the rep that there was an E1 error code when I plugged it in. She informed me that it was a temperature sensor error and advised me to return the unit to where I bought it. When I told her that this was not an option for me, she said that they would send me instructions on how to disassemble the device and check the temperature sensor. I am a retired person with a disability. Needless to say, it was a very disappointing experience for me during this time of grief and illness. To be honest, I think I just took a $500 loss. After all the work I put in to install it, the pain and exhaustion I experienced is a huge disappointment.
