Review on OVALWARE Electric Pour Over Gooseneck Kettle: Ultimate Variable Temperature Control for Quick Boil & Precise Brewing - Stainless Steel, Fast Hot Water Boiler, Coffee/Tea Maker by Daniel Pierce

Since I received my black teapot a few weeks ago, I use it every day! I use it to make oolong tea and coffee. Here's why I love it: 1. Quick Cook Mode: I love the quick cook mode because I can just press a button and leave it there. The water is ready within 10 minutes (usually around 6), which makes it easier for me to prepare my morning tea. (You will hear a beep when it boils.) 2. Smart design: My dad likes it too because it heats the water to the temperature he needs. It's usually in 5 minutes degrees 👍 He used to put a thermometer in our old kettle on the stove and look at it for 10 minutes 😂 Now he can wash the dishes while the kettle is heating :)3. Energy Conservation: We both think "standby" is spot on. We have tested and it can hold the temperature for up to 10 minutes. It's not too long to waste energy.4. Pouring Characteristics: I find the handle easy to grip with my fingers and the overall design of the body balances the kettle fairly well, allowing me to maintain an even pour. Heating noise: My uncle also praises it. He's a coffee drinker LOL so he takes care of every detail of coffee making. He likes the sound the kettle makes while heating up, it's not loud but good enough for morning background music.6. Extra space for cable storage: there is a cable cord under the base! The extra cord can be easily tucked away, making it a perfect fit in the corner of the kitchen.7. Stylish appearance: In terms of design, I think it's a good mix of classic and modern. It's not as trendy as Fellow's, but fits in with our kitchen and other coffee and tea collections. However, I look forward to the day when the brand will offer different colors as an additional option. A matte white, gray or walnut handle looks good. (Personally, I'm not a big fan of stainless steel) There are just a few questions and small wishes about this kettle: 1. Tight lid: I think the lid is too tight to remove easily, but my brother thinks it's ok , because it prevents leakage problems.2. Size (0.8L): Given that our family uses it more than twice a day (and we definitely need more water when we have guests), it was a bit of a hassle to refill. Next time I'll go for a bigger kettle, but that doesn't make us any less excited. You can think about oval dishes and make more. All in all a very good kettle.
